GHJ can be accessed by:
– Flight: Jolly grant, Dehradun is the closest airport (international) and from there it would take around 40 minutes (21 kms) to reach Ganga Vatika Retreat Apartments
– Train: YogNagriRishikesh Railway station is 15 minutes (6 kms) distance however Haidwar Railway station is better connected for train route and is 29 kms away
– Car: Easily drivable and with a parking facility it is the most commonly used mode, the team can share the google pin for ease of navigation

The homestay attracts a lot of family with children and elderly due to the location and access. Yoga and ayurvedic treatments are offered however children’s activities within the premises are limited.

The rooms are spread over within two 4BHK apartments and every room within the apartment is offered to the guests separately unless the whole apartment is booked. One of the 4BHK includes one of each Vaayu, Jal, Agni and Akash however the other apartment has Prithvi (1), Vaayu (2) and Jal (1). Rishikesh as a destination is frequented by guests coming for leisure, adventure including white water rafting, yoga and meditation et al thus depending on the activity one is interested in the time of the year can be chosen. Also, the pricesare dynamic and vary depending on the demand.

GHJ offers the following activities/ services (charges may apply for some)
– Within the premises: Fitness center, Yoga classes, Ayurvedic consultation, wellness treatments (spa)
– Around within walking distance: Ganga Aarti, explore Rishikesh (around Ram Jhula) on foot, Tapovan eateries

The in-house chefs curate customized meals for the guests. Vegetarian set and a la carte meals are offered, Saativik or Jain food can be organized as desired. All the meals including hi tea can be served at the on-site dining area or atthe rooftop. Barbecue dinners can be organized as well

Yes but the pool is part of the apartment offerings to it’s residents therefore the operation of the same is not regulated by GHJ

There are various points the adventure activities and rafting are done from – all of them are towards the outskirts of Rishikesh, however pick up and drop can be organized for the same.
