General Guidelines

We own our responsibility towards the nature and neighbourhood around us therefore maintaining the serene surroundings is our combined responsibility. Loud music or parties are restricted at the premises – between the hours of 2200 and 0600 hrs. please take special care of not disturbing other guests/ neighbours.

Unregistered guests, Smoking, drinking, consumption of drug, & non-vegetarian food are prohibited in the premises.

We are committed to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Guarantee Rules/Deposit Policy
Credit Card details are required to guarantee the reservation with a form of payment at time of booking. We hold Rooms as per our check in and check out policy.

Rate/Reservation Validity
Please note that electronic reservation confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience and that we retain official records of our reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and room rates.
Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate, or any other reservation details or variations between this confirmation and our official records is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences.

Early Arrival/ Departure

An early arrival fee will be levied when you check-in early; you may be able to change your departure date without a penalty if your rate plan permits and if you do so before the end of your arrival day. After reconfirming your departure date, if you decide to leave earlier, you may be charged the early departure fee.

Children & Extra Adult Policy
Children below the age of 5 years stay complimentary; children between 6 to 11 years are charged INR 2,000 plus taxes. Children aged above 12 years are considered adults and are charged INR 2,500 plus taxes when accommodated in the existing bedding

Extra bed /person charged INR 3,000 plus taxes 
We can accommodate 2 Adults + two children (below 5 years) or only 3 Adults in one room.

Cancellation / No Show Policy:
Cancellation Policy – Nil Cancellation for 07 days prior to arrival, cancellation within 07 days of arrival 01-night retention will be applicable and cancellation within 72 hours prior to arrival 100 % cancellation will be applicable

Cancellation / No Show received within the last 72 hours of arrival date will levy a retention  fee of one night and room charges will be charged including bank transaction charges.

Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Special Check-in Instruction
Check-in 1400hrs & Check-out 1200hrs

In keeping with the prevalent security procedures we request you to produce following upon arrival – Photo ID is mandatory for all the individuals checking-in in the Homestay

All Foreign Nationals – Original Passport and Visa.

All Indian Nationals – Government Approved Photo ID with Address Proof i.e. Driving License / Passport / Voter ID Card / Aadhar Card.

Room can be reserved for an adult 20 years and above.

Refund & Cancellation

In case of refund of payment, made through credit cards, applicable bank transaction charges ranging between 2.5% to 3.5% for Visa/Master /Amex cards respectively will be applied.

Payment Terms

1. 50% Payment in advance and 50% to be paid 72 hrs before arrival.
2. Any refund will attract 2.5% to 3.5% of bank charges, depending on the bank
