'Golden Healing Journeys' means for us, the dynamic process of moving towards our natural state of harmony. At the same time, gold as in alchemy is the perfect state of transformation.

We believe that two of the best means of returning to our inherent harmony are: Yoga and Ayurveda.

We promote and organize programs and activities to be able to share the knowledge of these two ancient sciences with as many people as possible throughout the world, so that everyone is able to come back to their innate state of well being.

Our Teachers

Carolina Zemelman

Carolina was born in Santiago in 1971. She studied Pedagogy in Dance at the University of Chile. In 1996, while studying and investigating different dance methods in New York, she had her first approach to yoga. The encounter was so significant for her that she decided to travel to India, the country where yoga was born, and broaden her knowledge for six months. On her return home she taught yoga for two years until she moved to London, where she continued sharing her knowledge and deepening her studies for five years.

In constant search and eager to perfect her skills, Carolina has explored different methods with different teachers such as Arun, Faeq Biria, Gabriella Giubilaro, Manouso Manos, Raya Uma Data, Gustavo Ponce, Swami Ekananda, Renato Turla, Swami Digambar, David Williams, Usha Devi and Paula Tortolano. She attended courses at Sivananda Yoga Center Putney (UK), Iyengar Yoga Institute Maida Vale (UK) and Satyananda Yoga Center London.

In 2004 she returned to Chile. Since then, she graduated from the Yogashala Teacher Training Course (duration of 3 years), specializing in Axis, Sattva and Prana Shakti. She taught these three methods at Yogashala School for 4 years, while also conducting workshops in Argentina and Brazil.

She travels regularly to India, where she conducts workshops and programs combining Ayurveda and Yoga.
